The Pacific Musical Society & Foundation is a charitable fellowship of classical music lovers dedicated to fostering the art of classical music and ensuring the success of young classical musicians in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 1910, we are the oldest active musical organization in the Bay Area.

Through your financial support, the Pacific Musical Society & Foundation directly sponsors talented young musicians through our annual competition, awarding more scholarships than any other Bay Area classical music competition. The Pacific Musical Society & Foundation builds support structures that help serious students of classical music emerge from their training with the life skills to be successful all-rounders as well as outstanding performers and musicians.
